Auntie's Bookstore, 402 W. Main Avenue, Spokane WA will host author Lois McMaster Bujold for a book talk, Q&A and autographing session on Thursday, Oct. 21, 7:00 p.m. This event will feature her new release, Cryoburn, which is #13 in the Miles Vorkosigan series.

In honor of the hard working volunteers and convention committee members that make SpoCon a reality, SpoCon is having it's annual Appreciation BBQ. The date will be Saturday August 28th, beginning at 12 noon and going until the food and good company dwindle.

The location will remain undisclosed, to avoid party-crashers ;-)

Josh Wagner gave a wonderful reading today at Coffee Social. I just wanted to thank all that attended and a special thanks to Kim the owner of Coffee Social for letting us have the reading there. The biggest thanks goes to Josh Wagner Himself, for adding the tour date for SpoCon and his fans in Spokane.
