Along similar lines, I'd like to canvas for advertisers in the program guide. I would like to do this about once per month until we have it full up. Last year we did it just one day but had good results. Comments? Is this the wrong area to post this?

I haven't seen or heard anything on getting a downloadable template for distribution, nor have I seen anything on ad rates for the book. I am going to schedule a meeting with those who volunteered to help with this, and canvassing, but need more info before I can do that. I also need a list of those who volunteered to help, since I didn't write it down at the last meeting.
