Reminder: Calendar Events, 3+ ConCom gathering.

As we voted on in the ConCom meeting on 28 February, any time 3 or more ConCom members gather, you must put this on the calendar.

It doesn't matter if this is a "social" event amonngst friends. You have to post it, even if you are not having a meeting. This was the descion by the ConCom, and if you are a member, you need to follow the rules.

Does that mean that you have to post every time you guys have a meal in your house?
I think I saw this movie ...

Tim and Cheryl are both Department Heads and Kelby is ConCom and part of the Gaming team LOL

Just for some clarification. The motion said that meetings for Convention Business need to me posted on the calendar if 3 or more people are going to meet.

This does not include purely social meetings, and it does not include chance encounters where con business is discussed. It ONLY includes planned meetings that are convened for the purpose of discussion convention business where at least 3 members are planning to be there.

Thank you for the clarification, Dave. The idea that we would have to put an event on the calendar if we happened to want to have dinner or a movie with a couple friends who happened to be also on ConCom was disturbing.
