Q: "Is it allowed that 2 authors write together on one entry? If so do both authors need to register?"

A: Yes, two authors may write and submit
an entry together. Only one member of the author team would need to be present if the entry is a Finalist, although both can be named.
However, the prize would be shared as well.

If you choose this route, please attach an entry form for each of you
and include a note describing how your team would like to be recognized if
your entry wins.
