Dry Fly Distillery

Maybe too late to get on the schedule, but what about organizing a group tour of the Dry Fly Distillery near Gonzaga Campus? To the best of my knowledge, it's still the only distillery in the state and they make a damn fine vodka, whiskey, and gin.
