Board Game related activity schedule (PBG Stuff)

Hello all! I thought I would let folks know what Chris and I worked up for Board Game Related activities that PBG could help sponsor. I am so pleased that the con is so willing to help out with so much.

1) Open Game Room
This is the room that is piled full of games for people to just come and look at and play. PBG has many many games we are bringing, and there are some local volunteers also willing to bring in some goodies. Con Goers can also bring in their own games to play as well.

Open Game Room Hours:

Friday: 3 pm to 7pm (set up 2:30)
Satuday: 9 am to 5 pm (set up 8:30)
Sunday: 9 am to 5 pm. (set up (8:30)

3) Party Game Social Buffet
This is a casual party where people can play games at tables and mingle, and enjoy fun food and non-alcoholic drinks such as italian sodas! There is no charge, but donations are requested ala normal con party methods. Party/social games will be provided to spark fun times and conversations.

Saturday Night: 7pm to at least 9 pm.

4) Game Swap Meet
Con goers will be able to meet in this room, with their games, and haggle and trade and barter with each other for other games. No cash is expected to be exchanged.

Friday Night, 8pm (after opening ceremonies) (set up 7:30)
