SpoCon at Bloomsday!

SpoCon will once again be course entertainment at Bloomsday this year! If you are running or walking the race, don't forget to vote for your favorite entertainment (remember it is spelled S P O C O N!). The SpoCon group will be at Lindeke and Summit, same place as last year, with great music, great costumes, and high energy to give you a boost to the finish line! Hope to see you there and have a great race!

I just want to say from a “public” point of view, I thought you all did a superb job. I rode the entire course that day and saw all the entertainment. Simply put, you were the best. I am not just saying that because Rob McDonald is my arch nemesis, but because you really were… great effort was obviously put into it and it showed. Well done.
My only suggestion is to have a wider variety of music next year and when the DJ spoke and fired up the crowd, they REALLY responded. He should do MORE of that next time.
Again, a professional and well executed event. You should be proud.

No we did not even place. But that doesn't matter. With comments like yours, we know we rocked the course and we really appreciate hearing your kind words. Hopefully next year will be better than ever and we are taking your suggestions to heart.
