Second place prize updates

For second place prize winners in the SpoCon 2009 Writer's Competition a reimbursement for entry into the convention will be given for a $35 dollar value and additionally, the winner's will receive a personally signed and autographed hardback of his April 2009 release "Viewpoints Critical".
